May 22, 2011 birding started at 6a.m. with a light wind and overcast skys,
clearing and warming as the day progressed.
These birds were the high point of my day.
Townsend's Warbler
Gray Vireo
Western Wood Pewee
Red-shouldered Hawks
Ladder-backed Woodpeckers (very active, male and female all over the trees)
